The newly launched offering includes personalized and hybrid learning experiences delivered by leading industry experts. In addition, the initiative includes skills enhancement and talent development workshops for large companies and startups. In the public sector, the company aims to equip PSUs and government agencies with advanced skills essential for workforce development.

Akshay Munjal, Founder and CEO of Hero Viredstated: “In today’s rapidly changing labor landscape, which requires speed and agility, we are intensifying our involvement in the B2B sector. Our focus will be on bridging skills gaps, forging deeper connections with organizations and diversifying our revenue streams. With a strategic positioning to strengthen the B2B segment, we aim to have more than 100 partnerships and facilitate more than 100,000 man-hours of further training. Our aim is to be the training partner of choice for both companies and educational institutions, fully equipping our learners with the essential skills and knowledge for the future of work in Industry 4.0.

The demand for specialized training and upskilling programs is becoming increasingly apparent across industries, especially as large companies emphasize engineering and technical training, while tech startups focus on advanced technology skills. Particularly due to the recognized talent shortage in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and high employee turnover, more and more companies are choosing to invest in training their current employees instead of hiring new employees. Consequently, Hero Vired’s expansion into the B2B sector reflects a growing awareness of the challenges associated with skills and adaptation across industries. This segment is expected to contribute 50% of the company’s total revenue in the coming year.

Mr. Anand Verma, Head of Enterprise Sales at Hero Viredexpressed: “Our strategic expansion is a proactive response to organizations’ evolving talent management playbooks. This initiative is critical as we aim to build human capital in futuristic domains and diversify our offerings and revenue sources. We strive to shape the future workforce and position ourselves as the skills partner in the B2B sector.
