Hero Vired rebuilds its Enterprise division: aims to have more than 100 associations in companies, institutes and government agencies

Hero Vired, a prominent learningtech start-up under the Hero Group, today unveiled its expanded focus on delivering customized education programs across three key sectors: Business to Business (B2B), Business to Institution (B2I) and Business to Government (B2G). . This strategic move aims to provide tailor-made training solutions that cater to a wide range of domains, functions and skills, aimed at improving organizational capabilities and facilitating talent recruitment and development. The initiative aims to revolutionize learning and development systems and processes to meet India’s growing need for a skilled workforce.

The newly launched offering includes personalized and hybrid learning experiences delivered by leading industry experts. The programs utilize an advanced Learning Management System (LMS) that offers flexible subscriptions, contemporary Learning and Development (L&D) frameworks and project-based learning aimed at achieving tangible results in the workplace. For educational institutions, Hero Vired has planned employability bootcamps, complete with placement support, besides residential training programs on the BML Munjal University campus. In addition, the initiative includes skills enhancement and talent development workshops for large companies and startups. In the public sector, the company aims to equip PSUs and government agencies with advanced skills essential for workforce development.

Consequently, Hero Vired’s expansion into the B2B sector reflects a growing awareness of the challenges associated with skills and adaptation across industries. This segment is expected to contribute 50% of the company’s total revenue in the coming year.
