SKA Group to invest 600 Cr in premium housing project in Gr Noida

The SKA groupon Wednesday, April 24, announced plans to invest in an estimated INR 600 Crore in developing a premium housing project in Greater Noida. The upcoming project called ‘SKA Destiny One’ will be part of the company’s expansion strategy.

SKA Destiny One will be in Zeta 1 of Greater Noida and cover an expected coverage 6 hectares of country. It consists of 648 residential apartments with premium configurations of 3 and 4BHK, priced between INR 1.5 and 3 Crore. The project has a salable area of ​​approx 14 Lakh SqFt and will be 32 and 34 stories high. In addition, it will have luxurious amenities such as a swimming pool, a 5-star clubhouse, an indoor badminton court, a squash court, a children’s pool, etc.

The land for this project was acquired from the Greater Noida Development Authority, while the project is expected to be completed in 2029. SKA Group has already completed four housing projects, with a total of 3,200 homes, and is currently working on two residential projects, which will add another 1,800 homes. They are also developing a commercial project with 600 units. These projects span the Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad markets in Uttar Pradesh.
